PDF files can be opened and read through your internet browser but the Adobe Reader window superimposed upon you browser's window can become confusing. Also, it is easier and more convenient to print an Adobet Reader document. The page breaks are unvarying and you can choose which pages to print.
Therefore, it is recommended that you download the file to your computer and open it when you are disconnected from the internet. To download the file place your cursor on the link below and right-click. Then choose "Save target as..." from the drop-down menu. Save the file in a location where you will be able to find it later.
