Hi to the new version of the Indiana Railroads website

I’ve now switched the site over to using the WordPress platform as of April 30, 2016. The old Joomla platform was outdated and prone to intrusion and malware/spam. Upgrading it would have been more involved than I could justify. Hopefully, I can actually add content soon!
