I don't remember that building there on the right side?  New construction?  Course....last time I went by there would have been a year ago.

Based on what you said and the time frame this was taken, you may or may not have seen that building if it's new.  This wasn't my train (wrong company) but I'll just leave the specific time period unpublished.

I don't know why I didn't see that the first 4 times I looked at it.

Yes, 400S.  The signal is 125.2.  (Shadeland is on the Wabash)

Yep, looking at the USGS map, Shadeland is a couple miles away from where bing.com showed it. Last time I trust bing.
