First guess was INRD because of the third locomotive, but I don't think so.

Rail appears to be welded, so either B&O, P&E, parts of the Monon, or the former PRR near the Indy airport.

Given that this is probably somewhat obscure, I'll guess the former PRR near the airport and see where that gets me.

If you count the modern day expansion of towns and all, then you are also correct.  Right area, anyway.
