Interesting, I saw a couple, one a METRA and one a SEPTA unit headed northbound around that same time, behind a CSX SD. Not your usual lease power units, but since the FP's have HEP, their northbound migration could possibly be related to Chicago South Shore's recent problem with the HEP power units in 14 of their new 3.5 million dollar [each!] double-deckers. Observed 24 Feb 2010, Southbound. Metra #115, behind three CSZ  units in lead, all ahead of a bunch of mixed freight. OS about 16:00 at MP 220.02.

Amusingly enough, Metra 115 is the *Village of Oaklawn* and I saw it as it was passing thru Oaktown. This could only have been better if I'd seen it passing by the old C&EI RR
Danville shops....
