Evansville & Eastern - First Traction Motor into Rockport, Indiana - 1907 - RPPC

For those of you interested in the Evansville & Eastern Electric or the Evansville & Ohio Valley, I've listed a 1907 real photo postcard on ebay of the first traction car into the town of Rockport on the E&E.  Talk about some serious fanfare back in the day! Too bad we don't see that today!  Also, take notice of the persons "perched" atop the awning of one of the storefronts trying to get the best seats; not sure if "safety first" was the first thought on their mind!
