Found this.  My grandmother told me about this from her childhood.  I guess the guy that did this was a family friend or something like that.

No, it was down by Vine or Pershing crossing.  Grandma couldn't remember the exact spot.  There wasn't anything down at Walnut street, I've seen those pictures.
