Indiana Northeastern to get a new Customer
« on: April 30, 2019, 06:40:04 AM »
Good News for the Indiana Northeastern Railroad.. RES Polyflow Ashley facility will be the first of its kind to take mixed waste single-use plastics and convert them into usable products at commercial scale. The facility will initially convert approximately 100,000 tons of plastics into over 18 million gallons a year of ultra-low sulfur diesel and naphtha blend stocks and nearly six million gallons a year of commercial grade wax in a process that is expected to be 93% efficient. Ultimately, the outputs of this technology could also be used to produce the feedstocks necessary for manufacturing plastic again, thus creating the world’s first truly circular economy technology for plastics.

This will be located on the east side of I-69

Only if you promise to put them in the recycle bins.  But you can throw away the plastic cup seeing as nobody cares about them.

When I was talking to an INE employee a couple weeks ago, he told me the plant will be north of Klink Trucking on the north side of the track.

Possible because they have been clearing trees and the land on the northside, Klink owned that land too !
