Exhibits open for December

The Madison County Historical Society announces the following open
Exhibits and dates for the ‘Museum of Madison County History’ during

The “Madison County and the Great War”, Exhibit will be open until the
close of the year, with the Model Railroad Exhibit and the Dollhouse
Exhibit opening on December 1st . All Exhibits will be open December
1st and on the following: 3rd, 5th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 15th,
17th, 19th, and 21st. The exhibits will be completely closed for the
24th and 25th and will reopen on the 26th for the 28th and 31st.

The ‘Museum of Madison County History’ building will close for the
holiday on noon, December 14th, until January 7th 2019. The Exhibits
will remain open until the end of the year. The Historical Society has
joined in the Christmas Holiday celebration by presenting two exhibits
of awesome attractions for visitation. One is our model train exhibit
called, “What’s a Christmas without Trains?” Exhibits will open
December 1 and will run through December on Mondays, Wednesdays and
Fridays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. It will also be open the first 3
Saturdays of December from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  The second exhibit is
called, “Tiny Town” the World of Dollhouses, Come and watch our ‘Work
in Progress’ as the exhibit comes to live.

Come one, come all, to 11 W 11th St. in downtown Anderson, and be
prepared to have an entertaining time.
