Forgive my ignorance, but was the depot moved? It sits adjacent to the PRR right of way. The Big Four was further north.

From my understanding it was moved.

Quick history lesson
Building was moved from the end of Martin place at the corner of water and Cincinnati streets at the Big 4 and the PRR diamond to the the current location in 1979 the current location is a half block south of the old PRR depot that was torn down in 1963,
Fast forward to 2015,
My family purchased the depot to move our candy and ice cream shop into, After a 9 month restoration we opened in April 2016 and the railroad museum opened in July of 2017 with more planned in the future

Hope you liked the strawberry milkshake

That is crazy we had somebody on the same day that said he was on the bull session
Next time you are in the area give the shop a call and I might be able to show you around after hours

Will do! My sis and I went down to Chattanooga and came back up following the L&N through Tennessee and Kentucky before following the LIRC to Indy.  I make at least one trip to Indy a year to watch trains, next time I am over I will make sure to stop by during the day.
