Whose Railroad is this???

Whose railroad is this?? I may or may not be who you think I am, so who am I?? I want you all to guess the town location, the former railroad that ran me or built me, and what railroad owns me now. By the way I do not have any internet at home at the moment, so I will have to come to town to check out your answers.

Could be power parked outside Clymers on ex PRR/WS.  But that would be too easy for LJ to post.

Looks like we have a winner with rrnut282!!! It is outside of Clymers, IN. on the Winamac Southern Rwy. On the former I & F Branch of the P.R.R.
SimonTek the train was being operated by the NS.

Here are a couple of more views of the same train. I can't remember off the top of my head the dates of when I took these. Kind of leaning around 2006 - 2010.
