This is WW I in photos

Roger Hensley sez...  This is WW I. It was taken from around the Anderson Big Four Station on the street side. Although I don't know what the occasion was, it is a great picture. This is just one of the photos from the WW I History Display at the History Center. Coming Soon!

Looks like those helmets are chromed...very shiny!
No train expert here fellas, just your average history buff...

Probably Nickel Plated, not Chromed.

One of the flags is a US flag, but the other doesn't look like the Indiana State Flag. Maybe some Fraternal group??

Could it be a British Flag?

It doesn't look like the Union Jack to me, as the white bands either side of the darker color are equal in size, but of different widths in the British flag.
