New to both the train community and Terre Haute

Hey guys, I just moved to Terre Haute which has an insane amount of traffic compared to my previous home in SEI. A few weeks ago I started doing some research on the rail industry and the hobby of train watching. I came here to ask for help on how to get started. Can't wait to see what new things I learn on this board. Thanks!

Welcome to the site. Lots of Trains to see in Terre Haute on the Old C&EI North and South Line and the CSX East & West St Louis Line. Good Variety of Power to see.

Check out the Wabash Valley RR museum(old Haley Tower). Go on a Saturday and I'm sure there will be others around to help you out.  I think its on 8th Ave.

I used to live in TH when I went to school at Rose and now go down to TH 2X a month to help out the Wabash Valley Railroaders Museum.
