J780 runs to Mitchel 3 times a week I believe. Cement plant currently produces 800,000 tons of cement per year. No inbound, ships outbound cement. Expansion is increasing plant to 2,800,000 ton per year, increase of 350%. Logic would dictate that traffic could increase by 350% as well. Keep in mind, new plant is not expected to go on line before September 2022 and not go into full production until 1st quarter 2023, so traffic increase 2 or so years away.
