Anyone care to guess as to why they would spent extra $$ to double track a state hwy only to gain a few car lengths?

Another extra on LIRC today - X230-03 BNSF Memphis to CIND Cincinnati - turned the corner at Seymour early afternoon.  Had BNSF power.  Over past week, there have been a couple other extra that ran entire line - ran an X256 extra from Louisville to CN Toledo, as well as rerouted a Baldwin FL to Montgomery AL Q230 to the CN at Toledo via the LIRC.  Gotta love automotive holiday shuts downs and the musical chairs TTX plays to balance rack flow.  Side note - Q206 is somewhere south of Columbus - reportedly has 3 UP motors.

What was the deal with the Southbound Q 205 Today. It came back North and went East on the B&O with CSX power and the 2 UP locos. Did they Run Around the Train and send the Cars to the Honda Plant instead.

Shows going to Walbridge. Someone must have pulled that trigger after it left Avon.

Now that I think on it...should have pulled that trigger before Avon.  All classed for New Boston, MI.

Have heard that there is a Train Stopped in Austin and there is only one Crossing that is Open.  Christy Road is the Road that is Open. Anyone know what is going on and is this Q 216?
