Any suggestions for editing software with a good quality/cost ratio? PS elements 11 is only 80 dollars these days, but I wonder if It will have enough useful tools or support my files.
GIMP is the freeware clone of Photoshop. Not quite as feature rich as Photoshop, but it has just about any photo editing operation you'll need.

I used GIMP a long time ago when I was using Ubuntu as a secondary OS. It seemed complicated at the time, but now maybe I can make use of it.

It's just like the jump from a point and shoot to a DSLR ;)

I have a new album up in my archives for the month of February. I think I need to change where I upload shots. Everything looks digital and blocky when I upload it but looks clear when I add it on here.
