Here is my video of their roster from 2000. One of the South Shore cars was scrapped.

For a few years after the EL to Monterey was pulled up, the Chessie-painted SD18 that had worked the elevator there was sitting in North Judson on the museum trackage.  I'm guessing that's what he is referring to.

Wish they would have made a effort to keep the C&O intact to the Tippecanoe River State Park. What a nice ride that would be and still could.

The SD18 was moved on a Thanksgiving day, can't recall the year.  There was a lot of rumor on buying it, lots of people said it couldn't be ran...blah blah blah and so on.   ;)
