Presented here are answers to some frequently asked questions regarding the Indianarailroads.org Bull Session forum.

Images/attachments
Images or other attachments may only be posted by registered members of the board. Images and attachments cannot exceed 2mb each, up to a total of 10 per post, or 10mb total per post. You may attach files using the upload link that appears under the text box when posting a message.

Board Topics
Messages should be posted under the board that makes the most sense. For example, a post about a news event should be made under “News”. A question about a modern railroad, but not necessarily news, should be placed under “General”. Historic railroad questions go under that section, and so on. The moderators can move posts to more appropriate sections simply to keep the board organized, so don’t be upset if your post is moved to another place. It happens to everyone.

At the present time, any non-Hoosier railroad-related topics should be posted under the Misc section.

Spam
We are proud of this forum and try to keep it clean of spam and far-off topic messages. The moderators and administrators will make every attempt to remove spam messages immediately. If you find a spam message, please feel free to use the “Report to moderator” link in the bottom right of the offending message. This will email the entire staff to notify them to deal with the message as soon as they can. Those who post spam will be banned.

Additional FAQ’s
This list is not comprehensive yet. If you have more to add to this list, please let the administrators know. The best way is to private message them using the “Messages” tab above. INDRR and CIOR (Nathan and Matt, respectively) are your administrators. You may also email them using the email link found in their member profiles. Thanks!
